Description (Service) Fitness programs for mature adults 
 
* Fifty Plus Fitness: weekly fitness classes * includes a thorough warm-up and stretch, cardiovascular activity, strength exercises, and cool-down * one session in the shallow pool * Heart Wise Program 
 
* Stretch and Strength for Mature Adults: twice-weekly hour-long class that features a series of exercises for all major muscle groups using dumbbells and Dynabands
