Description (Service) Outpatient assessment and treatment of psychological concerns and eating disorders for adults and children * includes anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, body image disturbances and weight management problems * treatment plans are developed in collaboration with clients and are designed to fit each individuals needs 
Individual Therapy: cognitive-behavioral approach. * eating disorders, marital and relationship problems, anxiety, depression and a variety of other common psychological and stress related problems.
Hours Assessment appointments Mon-Thu 10 am-6 pm 
Treatment sessions Mon-Fri 8 am-8 pm, depending on therapist's schedule

Individuals and Couples
Application Accepts referrals from family doctors, other health care professionals and from patients/clients themselves. 
A psychological assessment is conducted in privacy with complete confidentiality being respected. It includes an interview with a Clinical Director, and a series of psychological questionnaires designed to address eating disorders and related psychological concerns.

Fees Program ; Service - Fees may be covered under employee benefits. Assessment costs $120 * 1 hr individual therapy sessions $240/hr
