Description (Service) Art therapy by group and individual sessions for: children, adults, family therapy, addiction counselling, bereavement, abuse, eating disorders, anger management and couple difficulties. 
 
* Explore problems through verbal and non-verbal expression * allows creative process to encourage self-awareness and personal growth * beneficial on its own and as an adjunct to other therapies. 
 
* Affective Arts Experience (AAE): The use of the arts to facilitate growth is based on the expressive applications of colors, forms, shapes, lines and textures. This helps the individual to get in touch with and express inner feelings in a positive way.
Hours Appointments are available during the day, or early evening.
