Description (Service) Socialization and Mental Health Support Group for older adults * members are are provided with opportunities to socialize, develop friendships, and engage in leisure, education and wellness activities in a safe, structured & supportive setting 
Activities include:

* entertainment, singing & dancing 
* billiards 
* computer games and iPad activities 
* laughter yoga and meditation 
* baking 
* birthday, holiday and multi-cultural celebrations
