Description (Service) Note (27 Mar 2020) In partnership with the local grocery stores, ROSSS is offering free grocery delivery to individuals 55 or more and individual adults living with a disability in rural Ottawa South. Champlain Going Home Program, Ottawa site: referring patients at time of discharge after hospital stay or release from the Emergency Room * assistance for up to 10 days after referral for:
