Description (Service) Helps the community welcome people with intellectual disabilities to live, work, and play as valued citizens. 
 
Help finding housing in the community * help obtaining authentic employment or volunteer positions * help enjoying sports, recreation, hobbies, arts, culture, and citizenship alongside other citizens
Hours There are no office hours, by appointment only.

People 18 years and older who meet the criteria of intellectual disability as defined by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services and who have been referred through the DSOER process. For more information, visit Developmental Services Ontario
