Public Comments Fraudulent Automated Calls to Patients: some home care patients have received fraudulent automated telephone calls informing them they would be discharged from home and community care services, but giving them the choice to purchase additional services. Description (Service) One of Ontario’s 14 Local Health Integration Networks 
Works with the public and providers of health care to ensure health services in the region are well-organized, appropriately funded, and meet residents’ health needs * plans, manages, funds the local health care system: hospitals, long-term care homes, community support services, community health centres, community mental health and addiction agencies * delivers home and community care services
