Description & Services
Description (Service) Card that enables a support person of a person with a disability to receive a free admission at participating entertainment, cultural and recreational venues across Canada
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Canada
Eligibility A support person is an individual who accompanies a person with a disability to provide those services that are not provided by theatre employees, such as assisting the person with eating, administering medication, communication and use of the facilities.
Application Download the application form from the website and allow four to six weeks for processing of the application and delivery of the card * the request must be made by the person with a disability
Languages English ; French
Fees Membership - $20 for a 3-year valid card * $30 for a 5-year valid card (2019)
