Description (Service) Works to give children and youth the best opportunity to succeed and reach their full potential * makes it easier for families to find services for children and youth * helps families access services they need at all stages of a child's development * helps youth become productive adults * works with other ministries and community partners to develop and implement policies, programs and a service system. 
The child and youth services for which the MCYS is accountable include: 
* Aboriginal children and youth 
* Child welfare 
* Early childhood development 
* Ontario Child Benefit 
* Respite services 
* Special needs, including autism spectrum disorders and mental health 
* Youth and the law
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5 pm
