Description & Services
Description (Service) For-youth-by-youth mental health promotion and intervention organization * promotes good mental health and wellness, and contributes to early intervention of mental illness in youth aged 13-20 * de-stigmatization of mental health and mental illness issues by connecting youth with each other, and youth-friendly resources * presentations * 8-10 week support groups * alternative, healthy and constructive activities for coping with stress (physical activity, social interaction and creative expression) * in-school programming * community-based programming
