Description (Service) Peer-based support network with three support meetings: OCD Support for adults living with OCD, a Youth Group for ages 12-25, and a Supporters Circle for anyone supporting someone living with OCD *┬áperiodic Information Sessions and Speakers with Lived Experience * assistance with location of treatment and support resources is available. 
 
For individuals living with OCD there is discussion of symptoms and coping strategies with a focus on ERP - exposure and response prevention. 
 
For Supporters/Family education and discussion around how best to support someone with OCD is a main focus, along with coping strategies and self-care.
Hours There are no office hours.
