Description (Service) Provincially incorporated organization that carries out non-partisan research, public education and advocacy for increased services and supports for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. 
 
Opportunities to generate ideas and solutions * strengthening partnerships between member organizations * delivering effective, consistent messages in the community
