Description (Service) Outpatient, team based clinic treatment as well as inpatient residential and satellite programs, including long term living.  
 
Offers the following services: short-term inpatient / outpatient immersion therapy and residential long-term living * respite care * chronic pain management * individual and family counselling * trauma counselling * occupational therapy * speech and language therapy * addictions counselling and social work * coordination of physical therapy programs * return to work, community reintegration programs * group psychotherapy * medical consultations * neuropsychological assessments * dental consultations * pharmaceutical management (inpatient programs) * treatment coordination * telephone consultations
Hours Outpatient clinic Mon-Fri 9:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Ontario ; Inpatient services available to those who reside within the Province of Ontario * outpatient services available to those choosing to commute
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
 
Individuals 18 years and older with brain injuries * patient must be medically stable in order to be accepted into any of the programs * intake for all programs, including inpatient are determined on a case by case basis
