Description (Service) Group meets for a lunch and social or health activity * Tuesday program is located at Abbotsford * Friday program is a field trip to a local venue such as a shopping centre, park, or other attraction

Eligibility Ages: 55 year(s) and up 
 
Frail and/or isolated seniors 55 years and older living within boundary areas * program is for those who have difficulties with mobility or socializing on their own * clients must be cognitively intact and able to manage self care with minimal assistance
