Home visits * one-on-one counselling * customizable eight-week group counselling sessions * social outings and recreational activities 
 
Satellite offices offer one-on-one counselling in Central Ottawa, Orléans, Kanata, Barrhaven and Vanier
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm * early evening appointments available
