Description (Service) The Board offers the following facilities for rental to the community. 
* Facilities available: gymnasiums, cafeterias, auditoriums, classrooms, libraries, sports fields and ball diamonds. 
* Suitable uses: workshops, sports and recreation, club meetings, music rehearsals and recitals 
* Smoking prohibited on Board property 
* Parking: free parking at most schools 
* Facilities for the disabled: most schools 
* Audio-visual equipment: media carts, screens, sound and light systems available at some secondary schools with approval  
* extra charges will apply 
* Priority Schools available for free of charge for groups who meet certain criteria, contact for more details
