Description (Service) Regional hospital emergency room service for children and youth experiencing psychiatric emergencies.

Crisis intervention: Service for children and youth who are assessed in the emergency room

Outpatient Psychiatric Clinics: Emergency services, individuals can go to the hospital emergency room and from there be referred to a resident psychiatrist on call

Inpatient Psychiatric Clinic: An 18-bed unit for adolescents where 12 beds are for crisis admissions and 6 are for medium-term treatment
Hours Outpatient Clinics Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm * Inpatient Clinic Mon-Sun 24 hours * After Care Group Mon-Fri 4:30 pm-5:30 pm

Application For outpatient psychiatric clinics, individuals can go to the hospital emergency room and from there be referred to a Resident Psychiatrist on call. For inpatient psychiatric clinic, admission is through the Emergency Department. Referral must come from a family doctor.
