Description (Service) Long-term care facility and community support services:

* telephone reassurance calls 
* day programs: for those in the early to middle stages of Alzheimer's Disease and one for the physically frail
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * Alzheimer's Day Program Tue-Fri 9:30 am-3 pm * Foot Care Clinic Tue by appointment only * Luncheon Club Tue, Fri 11 am-1 pm * visit website for course schedule
