Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5 pm
Areas Served Frontenac County ; Hastings County ; Lanark County ; Leeds and Grenville United Counties ; Lennox and Addington County ; Ottawa (City of) ; Prescott and Russell United Counties ; Prince Edward County ; Renfrew County ; Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry United Counties
Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
 
Individuals over 16 with * physical * psychiatric * developmental or * learning disabilities that are expected to last a year or more * must qualify financially and be willing and able to work 
 
Individuals eligible for or receiving disability or rehabilitation benefits from other public or private sources may not be eligible.
