Description (Service) Assessment and referral to plastic surgeons, including specialists in such areas as audiology * speech * dentistry * orthodontics * radiology, oto-rhino-laryngology * ophthalmology * genetics * social work * oro-maxillofacial surgery * prosthodontics and occupational therapy

Application Assessments are available to all clients regardless of age * those 18 years and older will be referred to the appropriate health care professionals

Fees Depends on circumstances and treatment, but dental treatment is not covered by the Ontario Health Card. However, children up to age 18 who qualify for eligibility are covered by the Ministry of Health for 75% of orthodontic treatment.
