Description (Service) Assessment and treatment for children and youth who have both a developmental delay and a psychiatric diagnosis
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm
Areas Served Frontenac County ; Hastings County ; Lanark County ; Leeds and Grenville United Counties ; Lennox and Addington County ; Ottawa (City of) ; Prescott and Russell United Counties ; Prince Edward County ; Qu├ębec - Western ; Renfrew County ; Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry United Counties

Children and youth 18 years and under who have a developmental delay and a psychiatric diagnosis
Application Physician referral required through CHEO's Centralized Mental Health Intake Service * appointments are required
