Description (Service) Private, long-term living facility for adults and seniors who are developmentally challenged or dual diagnosed * capacity of 10 beds. 
 
Services: Non-smoking facility * monthly in-residence visit from a registered physician * 24-hour supervision * medication management * personal care assistance * nutritious meals and snacks * socialization * indoor and outdoor activities.

Areas Served Cornwall ; Ottawa (City of) ; Prescott and Russell United Counties
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
 
Adults 18 and over and seniors with a developmental disability or a dual diagnosis. Must meet all requirements within the personality assessment given by the residence
Application Call to schedule an appointment for a consultation * accepts referrals from the Local Health Integration Network (LHIN)

Fees Service - per diem ; Fee assistance available for those who meet the criteria ; assistance is provided by the City of Ottawa and the Ministry of Community and Social Services.
