Description & Services
Description (Service) Privately owned residential program licensed to provide services to children and youth. 
 
Services have been designed to assist and support children and youth who are experiencing a wide range and variety of issues, primarily emotional and behavioral difficulties that hinder their well-being and growth in their homes and community. * Provides these youth and children with short and long-term placements during which they participate in individual goal-oriented programs. 
 
* One eight-bed adolescent female residence: Lacroix (ages 10 to 18) 
 
* Three adolescent male residences: 
Major, an eight-bed residence (ages 10 to 18) 
Phoenix, a nine-bed residence (ages 10 to 18) 
Navan, a nine-bed residence (ages 10 to 18) 
 
* One mixed gender Assessment and Emergency Center: Tenth Line, an 8-bed Assessment Emergency Centre, provides structured short-term placements for mixed gender populations. Assessment completed based on behavior and recommendations are made for future long term placements.

Application All youth are referred through the Children's Aid Society * Ministry of youth social services * Service Coordination * Child and Family Service Agencies * other ministries and governments

Fees Service - Per diem ; Fee assistance available for those who meet the criteria ; assistance is provided by the Children's Aid Society and Child & Family Service Agencies.
