Description (Service) Homeless Veterans program * seeks to ensure that every Veteran who is homeless or near homeless finds the help they need to leave the streets behind 
Assists with: 
* medical needs 
* assistive devices 
* emergency transportation 
* emergency assistance 
* access to addiction programs 
* rental payments 
* furnishings 
* moving expenses 
* utility payments 
* shelter 
* food
