Description (Service) Housing cooperative consisting of 40 family type semi-detached houses with two to four bedrooms; three units are accessible to the physically disabled and 10 are geared-to-income * appliances are not provided 
 
Co-op facilities: Community centre and play area * Neighbourhood amenities: Schools, parks, community centre, churches and shopping

Meetings Orientation sessions: The date and time of the next session can be obtained from the answering machine or on the website.

Application To obtain an application you must attend an orientation session at the Co-op. The date and time of the next session can be obtained from the answering machine.

Fees Membership - Initial application fee of $50 per adult member over 16 years of age. Membership loan of $1,000 and it is returned when they leave unit in acceptable condition. Annual membership dues are $5 per adult per year. (2019) ; Service - Rent
