Description (Service) Through participating non-profit agencies, provides services to persons with physical disabilities, people in need of transitional living, and those who require support in their own homes throughout the Champlain District * Respite care * Life skills training
Hours Administration Mon-Fri 8:30 am-8:30 pm, Service Mon-Sun 24 hours
Areas Served Frontenac County ; Hastings County ; Lanark County ; Leeds and Grenville United Counties ; Lennox and Addington County ; Ottawa (City of) ; Prescott and Russell United Counties ; Prince Edward County ; Renfrew County ; Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry United Counties
