Description (Service) Program designed to assist its members with the transition process into a new civilian career in the building and construction industry across Canada (including administrative, engineering and management positions) * offers apprenticeship opportunities to achieve a journeyperson qualification in the building and construction trade of one's choice

Eligibility Currently serving and retired members of both the Regular Force and Reserve Force components of the Canadian Forces, including those with disabilities, who are transitioning to the civilian workforce * individuals who were given a dishonorable release from the Forces are not eligible
