* on-site community development 
* Intensive Case Management in partnership with the Mental Health Community Support Services 
 
Housing options: 
* two shared living homes 
* two transitional Rehabilitation Residences 
* nine apartment buildings and a single family home 
* leases several apartments from other non-profit housing providers 
* stable atmosphere, which promotes a return to health 
* length of stay and level of support is flexible and individualized
