Description (Service) Recreational programs and services offered throughout the Ottawa region for preschoolers, children, youth, adults, seniors and families. 
Recreational activities such as aquatics (including swim lessons, certification programs and aqua-fitness classes), adult group fitness classes, family fitness classes, physical education, personal training, dance, sports, adult and youth programs * variety of health and wellness programs 
Playcare (child minding) service is available; financial assistance available.
