Description (Service) COVID19 (27 May 2020): Continuing to support new and existing clients with physical distancing.

Intake and assessment * individual counselling * case management * referral * linkage services to seniors dealing with physical abuse, emotional abuse, financial abuse, sexual abuse, and neglect
Hours COVID19: Mon, Wed-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * Tue 8:30 am-8 pm
Areas Served Ottawa (City of)
Eligibility Anyone who is a victim of elder abuse or who is concerned about a victim of elder abuse within the City of Ottawa.
Application Individuals can speak with staff over the phone or make an appointment to meet with staff in person.
