Description (Service) Program run by volunteers * offers social and recreational activities for physically challenged adults * Nurse Aide present on Tuesdays * activities include crafts, exercises, choir, other activities and after lunch entertainment

Application Referral from social workers, rehabilitation centers, doctors or other professionals. * The person attends a three week assessment period before a decision is made as to whether they would like to continue and whether the volunteers can care for them.
