Description & Services
Description (Service) On-call and scheduled attendant care services to adults with physical disabilities who are living in their own units within an apartment complex. The units provided by the housing provider are accessible and have been retrofitted to the needs of the consumer. Attendant service hours are customized to suit each individual lifestyle and to promote independence.
Hours Administration Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Support Service Living Unit Mon-Sun 24 hours
