Description (Service) Rent geared-to-income housing for single parents * housing is located in Blackburn Hamlet * support program designed to meet the needs of the single parents and their children who are current tenants * outreach program designed to help tenants and individuals on the waiting list 
Addresses needs such as: parenting * housing support * community resources referral * personal counselling * child play groups * social recreation

Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
Single parents 16 years and older and their dependent children, whose total income allows them to qualify for subsidized rents. * The housing and programs are not designed for couples nor for dependents other than children.

Fees Service - All the units are subsidized so that no tenants will pay more than 30% of their income on rent. Heat and hydro are not included in the rent.
