Description (Service) Integrated health and social services * team includes family physicians, nurse practitioners, clinical nurses, mental health counsellors, health educators, foot care nurse, nutritionists and chiropodist, anonymous human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) walk-in clinic, SITE clean needle and syringe service
Hours Mon 8 am-6 pm * Tue 8 am-8 pm * Wed 9 am-8 pm * Thu-Fri 9 am-5 pm * on-call service available to registered clients Mon-Sun 24 hours
