Description (Service) Note (20 Mar 2020) Call the Centre at 613-737-5115 before attending. Many of the programs and services are currently suspended or changed to phone appointments until further notice. 
 
Integrated health and social services * team includes family physicians, nurse practitioners, clinical nurses, mental health counsellors, health educators, foot care nurse, nutritionists and chiropodist, anonymous human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) walk-in clinic, SITE clean needle and syringe service
Hours Mon 8 am-6 pm, Tue 8 am-8 pm, Wed 9 am-8 pm, Thu-Fri 9 am-5 pm * on-call service available to registered clients Mon-Sun 24 hours 
 
Anonymous HIV Walk-in Mon-Fri 1 pm-2:30 pm

Boundaries North-South: Rideau River, Industrial Ave and Innes Rd to Hunt Club Rd * East-West: Highway 417 to Bank St and Sawmill Creek Cres
