Description (Service) Membership provides volunteer services to the community through the May Court Hospice * the Library at the Ottawa Hospital (Civic campus) and at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute (see separate record for details) * Citizenship Court receptions and awards scholarships to nurse practitioners and information studies * provides ongoing financial assistance and grants to charitable organizations in the Ottawa area through its revenue from a variety of fundraising events and from the Bargain Box, its second hand shop * the Munch and Learn program provides funding to a number of Community Houses for after-school nutritional snacks
Hours Mon-Thu 9 am-3 pm, every second Fri 9 am-1 pm
Meetings Fall General Meeting in October, Spring General Meeting in April, Annual General Meeting in June
