Description (Service) Program working to develop and maintain the physical, intellectual, social and spiritual abilities of individuals with a probable diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or related dementia 
Qualified staff provide respite to caregivers and alleviate isolation and loneliness for the client
Hours Mon-Wed, Fri 9:30 am-2:30 pm
