Programs for adults

Programs for parents
* Family Services Ottawa, Anger management – especially for parents, 613-725-3601,
Programs for young mothers
* Salvation Army Bethany Hope Centre, individual counselling and Honouring Anger support groups, 613-725-1733

Programs for violent partners
* Catholic Family Service Ottawa, New Directions Program: adult women's and men's groups available in English and French, specifically for spouses/partners in abusive relationships, 613-233-8478,,

Programs for adults and youth who have been or who are at risk of being in conflict with the law
* Elizabeth Fry Society of Ottawa, (for women only), 613-237-7427(Emotion regulation program for woman who have been in conflict with the law, who are convicted, who have been previously convicted or who are off probation and would like some help, four 10 week sessions offered per year, must attend at least 8/10 sessions)
* John Howard Society of Ottawa, Aggression Prevention, only accepts current or past male clients of the organization, or men on probation, Ontario Works, Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), and who are homeless, 613-789-7418 ext 305
* Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa, one-on-one Anger Management Program for justice involved youth and for youth in custody/detention 12 years and older, 613-729-1000,
