Description (Service) COVID-19 (24 March 2020): This agency's services are affected by the COVID-19 * please refer to each services for more information * the front doors to CLSO offices will be locked, with a sign posted in English and French: Based on the information about the COVID-19 virus from Public Health authorities, we are currently not meeting with people in person. We are holding meetings by phone. Please call us at 613-733-0140 and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We will provide services as much as possible by telephone, email, video, etc 
 
Provides services in housing law for tenants, immigration and refugee law, legal problems involving Ontario Works benefits, Ontario Disability Support Program, Employment Insurance, workers' compensation, Canada Pension Plan, Old Age Security and Child Tax Benefits.
Hours Mon 1 pm-4:30 pm * Tue-Fri 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm
Areas Served Ottawa (City of) ; Most neighbourhoods south of the Queensway and Highway 174 and east of Fisher Avenue and Prince of Wales Drive.
