Description (Service) Provides training for YMCA Canada Fitness Leaders programs. 
YMCA Canada Certification Courses: Water Fitness * Group Fitness * Personal Fitness Trainer * Group Cycling * Older Adult 
Re-certification: Fitness Leader Certification is valid for a two year period from date of issue 
Workshops: First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Courses 
Y Fitness Summits - Ottawa Fitness Conference, Spring and Fall
