Description (Service) Dedicated to identifying and meeting the needs of high-risk, high-need young people and their families who are experiencing significant difficulties related to mental health issues * family conflict * physical, sexual and emotional abuse * poverty * employment difficulties * homelessness * substance use and abuse * gender and cross-cultural issues 
Services provided across the region include: mental health services * crisis line for children, youth and families * community services * shelter and housing * employment services * youth justice 
Community-based services offer: counselling services * crisis intervention * drop-in and health clinic for street-involved youth * individual and family intervention

Young adults from 12 to 20 years old. No restrictions for Employment Services clients. Mental Health Services offers help to parents as well (Youth and Family Counselling Services and the Mental Health Walk-in Clinic). Selected services for youth 21 to 24 years old.
Application Self-referrals are accepted. * Youth and Family Counselling: call Intake worker * Wraparound Ottawa and "Centre éducatif"/Day Treatment by referral through the coordinated Access Committee * Other school-based programs : referral by school authorities and police * Youth Justice services by referral only
