Basic care medical services:
* check-ups

* prenatal and postnatal care

Prevention, screening, support and treatment:
* addictions (cigarettes, alcohol, and other substances)

* prevention of sexually transmitted diseases (STIs) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)
* pregnancy
* obesity

Management and monitoring of chronic conditions:
* diabetes
* hypertension
* arthritis
* respiratory diseases
Hours Mon-Wed 8:30 am-4:30 pm * after hours care 4:30 pm-8 pm (see website for dates)

Eligibility East Ottawa residents * Francophone population who do not live in East Ottawa, but who cannot access French-speaking family physicians (as a priority) are also eligible.
