Description (Service) Contributes to crime reduction and enhanced community safety in Ottawa through collaborative evidence-based crime prevention. 
* Implements specific targeted crime prevention programs and supporting programs through appropriate community agencies and associations. 
* Seeks the funds and creates partnerships essential for sustaining long-term crime prevention programs. 
* Monitors and evaluates progress and impacts of plans and implementation.
