Hours Administration Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * residence service Mon-Sun 24 hours

Eligibility For individuals living with the effects of a traumatic brain injury. Must be medically stable, requiring no on-going nursing care. For the most part, the individual will have completed post-injury rehabilitation prior to being accepted in this program.
Application Referrals may be made by anyone. Request for Service form available on the website.
