Description (Service) Counseling for adolescents and their families * treating issues such as: Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)/Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) * learning difficulties * behavioral problems * mood disorders * anxiety disorders * depression * bipolar disorder * eating disorders and obesity * alcohol and drug abuse * smoking cessation * gender identity * sexuality
Hours Mon, Tue, Fri 10 am-5 pm * Wed 12:30 pm-5:30 pm * closed statutory holidays
Areas Served Ottawa (City of) - and surrounding areas
Eligibility Ages: 12 year(s) - 19 year(s) 
Patients must be 12-19 years old * as a specialist, Dr Lena requires a referral from a general practitioner to see a patient * Quebec residents can pay with cash, not with Quebec Health Cards * reimbursement form available
Application Referrals from medical doctors can be faxed to the office and patients will be contacted by telephone to set up an appointment * call for more information
