Description (Service) COVID-19 (20 March 2020): The food bank is available by appointment only effective March 18th. To book an appointment, call 613-241-1573 ext 268/221. Vouchers available for extreme emergencies (fire/flood) only. Send an email for information on summer camps.

Provides emergency assistance, which includes emergency food bank, emergency clothing, and household items * Christmas assistance through the Toy Centre and referrals when required * summer camps for children
Hours COVID-19 Appointments can be taken Mon, Wed, Fri 9 am-4 pm

Eligibility Individuals or families on low income, emergency, food crisis/security * Emergency food assistance is provided when local food bank venues have been exhausted
Application Call to apply or drop-in * food is offered once every three months / clothing and household voucher offered once every six months * must provide photo ID for all members of household, proof of address and recent proof of income * must access local food bank first before accessing food assistance
