Description (Service) Access to support at home including 
* assistance with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing and exercise programs 
* assistance with meal planning and preparation 
* supportive care through companionship 
* motivational activities and socialization 
* assistance with household management such as laundry and light housekeeping
Sup. Description Service provided throughout Renfrew County * Minimum of 3 hours maximum of 15 hours per week
Hours Office hours are Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm, Service Hours are Mon-Sun 24/7
