Description (Service) Day program offering nutritional breakfast * hot nutritional lunch * personal and practical support * self-esteem workshops * shower access * laundry facilities * telephone * referrals and advocacy * four computers with high speed Internet * emergency grocery cupboard program * supportive program for mothers and/or guardians with their children (must remain on premises)
