Description (Service) Community-based private practice offering services in:

Audiology: hearing assessments * assessment of auditory processing disorders (APD) * hearing aids * assistive listening devices

Occupational Therapy: physical, cognitive and functional assessments and interventions * home safety and equipment recommendations * (ADP) Assistive Devices Program authorizer for mobility devices

Physiotherapy: Standardized evaluations and assessments * functional interventions * mainly for clients with neurological conditions

Speech Language Pathology: Assessment and intervention in areas of speech, language, fluency/stuttering (see separate record for Stuttering Treatment Clinic), voice, cognitive communication, swallowing
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm
Areas Served Ottawa (City of) - and surrounding area
Eligibility School-age children with learning difficulties (listening, reading and writing, math, anxiety, motor function, sensory, oculomotor, games, sports and leisure) * adults with neurological conditions such as a cerebrovascular accident (CVA), multiple sclerosis (MS), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Parkinsons, Guillain Barré Syndrome (GBS), Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP), spinal cord injury, etc. 
Audiology services: 18+ months 
Assessment of APD: 7 yrs +
