Description (Service) Mental health services for youth 
Individual youth counselling and family counselling inspired by strength-based collaborative perspectives. * Counsellors empower clients in making positive changes in their lives. * Addresses a wide spectrum of issues affecting youth and families.
Hours Administration, Intake Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * evening appointments available on weekdays 
Youth Mental Health Walk-in Clinic Tue, Thu 12 noon-8 pm (last session is at 6 pm)

Eligibility Ages: 12 year(s) - 20 year(s) 
Walk-in clinic: youth 12-20 years old who are experiencing difficulties, and their families 
Youth and Family counselling program: youth 12-18 years old
